What The Vault Board is

The Vault Board is a tool for salespeople to organize their customers, follow up, and grow their book of business, with an assistant named Jarvis that helps with coaching and content. You use it on your phone or computer through your browser.

Your free trial

New accounts start with a free trial of 14 days. No card is required to begin, and you get the full product during the trial. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and you lose access until you start a paid plan.

Billing and prices

Paid plans are 129 dollars per month, or 1,290 dollars per year, which is two months free compared with paying monthly. Prices are in United States dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Founding member pricing, where it is offered to you, stays at the rate you signed up at for as long as your plan stays active.

Cancellation and your data

You can cancel at any time from inside your account. When you cancel, billing stops and your board is kept for 90 days so you can come back and pick up exactly where you left off. If you do not return within 90 days, your account and its data are permanently deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by writing to ericescobedoonline@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Use The Vault Board for your own legitimate sales work. Do not use it to break the law, to send spam or unwanted messages, to store data you have no right to hold, to abuse or overload the service, or to copy or resell the product. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that violates the rights of others. You are responsible for the customers and information you enter, and for having the right to contact the people you reach out to.

The product is provided as is

The Vault Board is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and useful, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for lost sales, lost data, or other damages that arise from using or being unable to use the service. Jarvis offers coaching and suggestions to assist you, not guaranteed outcomes. The decisions you make are your own.

Independence

The Vault Board is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer, any dealership, or any dealership group. Any brand names that appear are the property of their owners and are used only to describe the work you do.
